The Radiant Heart of Venus
This image is connected with the planet Venus, the Divine Mother and our Eternal Cosmic Presence. It renews, restores and regenerates the human heart which often hardens, closes and disconnects from life and other people. Use this meditation and image to strengthen your heart and inner radiance. Simply breathe, relax and focus on your heart center. Place your hand on your heart and focus your attention on that area. Now connect with the image of the radiant heart and bring it into your body. Fill your heart and auric field with the brilliant all-permeating pink light. As you breathe, allow your heart to open and expand on a multidimensional level. Feel the vibrational shift within your heart as it renews your, hope, compassion and resonance with other people. Food Frequencies for October 2025…
Parsley (curly, flat leaf or dried); Minestrone & all red soups; Ham & Eggs; Skyr (Icelandic Yogurt); Sweet Chile Sauce & all Asian sauces: Jasmine Rice with Saffron; Any small decadent chocolates (Godiva, Session, Rolo etc); Olives; Strawberry Cheescake; Any sweet or savory dishes with pears or apples; All fresh water fish; Any cocktails with lime or lemon.
Every month the Ashtar Command and my guides give me a short list of things that are in the high-frequency range. These can include any foods and other items that will help to boost your spiritual energy and temporarily put you in a higher stream of awareness. This list often consists of savory foods, desserts, beverages, different types of crystals, movies, TV Shows and accelerator images etc. Some of the foods items will be healthy and commonly known…but others will be exotic, unusual, take-out, snack items or childhood comfort foods that you could get at a drive thru, a donut shop or a bakery.
Be aware the energy of everything on this planet goes up and down periodically, so if an item is high energy one month, it may not be the next. Also, be aware that energy and frequency do not have preferences or limitations like many humans…so whether you are a Vegan, Keto or have a regular diet, be prepared to be surprised and excited and a bit perplexed at what is listed here each month. Also it is important to know that you actually have to eat or drink one of the items to get the energy…but all you really need is one bite! Also, if you have to avoid a certain food because of a health issue, research how to make a healthy version of an item. Additionally, the things that I receive psychically are very specific, so if it says ‘Buttermilk Bar Donut’, just getting any kind of a donut will not suffice or give you the energy. Pick and choose as you like and have fun!
